OpenCart 2.0 "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" Tab Not Appearing

Hi, I have run into a problem where the estimate shipping & taxes tab is not appearing in the checkout menu.

It works when I install the theme in the localhost but not on the live website www.jeftinegume.com

Does anybody have an idea what I'm missing?

Maybe Shipping is disabled from Extensions-->Orders total

Or checkout from that theme doesn' have estimate shipping code

I just figured it out. The required shipping in every products setting was set to 'no'.
