Categories showing in website but not in admin

I uploaded over 2,000 subcategories using Import / Export Pro (V.8.2.3) on Opencart 2.3.0.2

They are showing in the menu bar on the website, but in admin only the manual entered cateries show and not the imported categories, it is showing 105 pages of categories but non are showing each page is blank.

can anybody help me with this.

Imported incorrectly. Contact the extension developer to resolved this issue or create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to import the data as a custom job.

Thanks for the info, I have opened a support ticket with the developer and they are looking at it.

Solved, in the extension there is a refresh button which with 2,000 categories being uploaded it needed refreshing, the developer came to my rescue, job well done.
