I need to create 4-5 custom fields related with company information (for invoice). But those fields must be visible only if a client mark a checkbox (Do you want an invoice?). By default, they have to be hidden

Extensions already exist on the Marketplace with invoice functions without the need to ask a customer if an invoice is needed as they just need to click on the invoice button. Simply use the search function on the Marketplace.
