When I edit an existing category in the backend, eg., change the category name, it takes at least 10 minutes for the changes to appear on the front end. Is there anyway to speed this up?

It's probably because OpenCart caches categories. You can clear out the cache manually by deleting all files in the /system/storage/cache/ directory (or /system/cache/ in older OpenCart versions). The only file you don't want to delete in there is index.html.

So all the files below can be deleted apart from index?

Use the clear / refresh cache function on the admin side rather than deleting files via FTP.

1. Yes, you can delete all files in there. "Invoices" is not a normal folder, though, so I can't tell you what's in that, or if it's fine to delete.

2. Elevate: OpenCart does not have a "clear cache" button in the admin panel. If you're talking about the ocmod refresh button in Extensions > Modifications, that's only for the ocMod cache files, not the normal OpenCart caching system. There's no way to clear the normal cache files without deleting them using FTP, or waiting for them to expire on their own. (There are mods that add this functionality, though, so maybe you're thinking of one of those.)

Thanks, if I delete the file 'cache.header_cats0.1540908199' that does the trick. Although, deleting all the cache files works as well.
