Google - Mobile clickable elements too close together and Optimization

Hi,
I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 with the Default theme and Google is telling me for Mobile Usability the following have clickable elements too close together -
mysite.com/Manufacturer
mysite.com/Site Map
Please can someone let me know were I can find the files and what coding should I use to resolve this.

Also Google says that I should "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content" for the following
Remove render-blocking JavaScript:
• https://www.mysite.com/catalog/view/jav ... sel.min.js
• https://www.mysite.com/catalog/view/jav ... cluetip.js
Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:
• https://www.mysite.com/catalog/view/jav ... rousel.css
• https://www.mysite.com/catalog/view/jav ... luetip.css
How should I resolve these issues?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this mysite.com does not contain your OpenCart Installation,
so, it cannot be tested, to give you some advise on such. Too bad...

You are not alone Mat am also facing the same issue with OC 2.3.0.2 with Journal 2.9.2

So far for CSS and Javascript i use an extension from isenslab and its decrease these issue and got a better performance now

Has anyone found a fix for this yet? I'm using version 3.0.3.2 and Google says page https://www.personalisedxmasgiftshop.co ... nded-gifts has clickable elements too close together. I've had a dig about but can't find a solution.
