Did not see the order id after payment successfully

I am using opencart 2.3. And i have the problem with ONLY this payment method.

I dont know what is that problem, but i debug the problem at add_order core of opencart, there is a data records and that order is here.
Unfornately, i check in database, and i dont see that order in database, although products was processed.

Do you meet that problem before?

Note: When i make payment by myself, everything is fine.

When making a payment by yourself, it means you may use a sandbox / test account to accomplish and that is if the free checkout has not been used while your customers, obviously, will have to process their checkout order in production mode. I would suggest enabling the debug mode from your OC admin extension payment you are using and test a transaction again or even let a customer test a transaction. Then, based on their reported claim, simply visit the error / server access logs.
