Hi guys, I'll do my best to explain.

Some of our category pages display the products I expect them to but interspersed in them are blank listings that have a grey opencart symbol as the image, $0 cost and link to nothing e.g. it only says "?product_id=" and leads to a product not found page. Any idea why these are there and how to get rid of them?

Cheers,
Jesse.

It sounds like your installation is finding products that no longer exist. Try clearing all caches on your site, and double-check the "product" database table to make sure there aren't extra entries in there with no data. If you have other mods on the site that pull product data, try disabling them to see if that has an effect.

Also ensure your oc_product database table rows do not contain any corruption. This issue may be caused by a large mount of information stored in an array at a particular time from the OC admin - > catalog - > products page where the max input size may have reached its maximum limit on the server.
