hi there

i was try to install ocsearchcategory with FTP i put all file correctly , then hit install in my admin page , but when i want to edit the module i get blank screen :(

can any one help me ?

hi hesh,

Did you follow to documentation from the module developer?

Have you enabled Permissions for Admin to Access the Module?

i used this plugin with my other website , but i have to copy it from my old ftp website to my new website and transfer all files

did you mean i have to uninstall all plugins ? i had click on install this plugin , but when try to edit it it tell me that error

so how to fix it?

If you are not sure on which extension is causing this error message, uninstall each extensions until you no longer see the error. Afterwards, once discovered, contact the extension developer to resolved this issue.
