Hello,
I do not find this "FedEx Express Freight" service option in the FedEx shipping list from my OC. Because this service allows Individual skids of 150 lbs or more, so I really need it. Without this option, all shipment weight over 150lbs will not show on shipping selector check, the shipping calculator won't work.
How can I add this "FedEx Express Freight" shipping option?
In addition, how can I input Box dimensions better? What will happen when an order has multi-boxes added up larger than the single box dimension I inputted ?
Is it possible FedEx calculate weight and dimension per box, without order total weight and total dimensions to avoid no service provided from my store site?
