error in last step(confirm order) of checkout.

hello, get an error when I am on the last step of checkout when I am confirming order got an error.
Notice: Undefined index: lastname in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
Notice: Undefined index: payment_lastname in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
Notice: Undefined index: payment_address_1 in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
Notice: Undefined index: payment_city in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
Notice: Undefined index: payment_postcode in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
Notice: Undefined index: shipping_lastname in /home/cakegift/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 4
I removed some steps from checkout after that i got this error and I also delete the table column from order.php and works well but after some time i got gain this error.
i am trying to delete a column from phpmyadmin but there is also no solution.

how to remove these error now,if there is any proper solutions.

i removed some field from checkout (first name will be full name,city,address) from checkout.tpl and checkout.php and fields successfully but when i reach last step confirm order there will be some error on order.php,i remove last name,address adress.. from order.php but and it did not give any error but after some time the deleted code recover and give above error.

This errors

Undefined index:

tells that now some data are undefined. So you have removed the data that must be defined.
First, if you asking some question, you should explain in details what exactly you have removed from which files.
From another hand, if you do not familiar with coding you should ask commercial support for the help.
