Order Statuses are not displayed in admin panel.

Hello, Gentlemen. I can't see order statuses in my admin panel of my opencart vers. 2.3.0.2. Thereby I can't save any settings:



In admin panel: System=>localisation=>order statuses new statuses are not displayed also. Although they are saved:



And I can see all my order statuses in BD:


PS: language_id is correct. And I have no installed extensions.

What is wrong? All suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Go to Admin - Localisation - Languages.
Hover on edit button for the language and check the language_id.

Is it 1? Or something else?
