When testing to see if SEO is okay, i get the following "Critical Error" message:
Accesible Index Page Configured wrong
Search engines see your https://www.budget-inkt.nl and https://www.budget-inkt.nl/index.html (or https://www.budget-inkt.nl/index.php) as different pages.
Can someone help me/ hand me a solution. I have been searching for a week now and can not find a good answer.

Well, did you first at least test all the freely available Extensions on such?
But I never worked on this yet, so, I don't know, wich one does this job best.

Assuming that you require the both index.php and index.html to pull up the same homepage, you can add the following line in .htaccess at the root directory of OC site
