Options in rows?

Using Opencart 2.3.0.2

Hello,

If my products all have the same number of options, say 20, is it possible for these options to display in 4 rows of 5? Rather than in a long column?

Should be possible using some CSS or JS. However it would seem very compressed to do it and tricky if the selectors are different tyopes , could you send a screenshot of how it would look

I have tried the horizontal option addon, it doesn't seem to have any effect. I've installed and refreshed, maybe i'm missing something.

Well, usually, Extensions only work with codewise default-like OC Themes, and
many OC Users don't seem to be aware of this. But one could always get Pro Support,
if one needs something real bad, and does not know, how to eventually modify such
an extension, to make it work.
