Carousel manufacturer - does not work

After adding a few things for unknown reasons, the carousel manufacturer module stopped working :(
What could be the reason?

Now it's hard for me to say what I installed, it's too much, maybe according to upload on this new plugin? What files are responsible for? I have a version OC 2.3.0.2
