Incorporating a Landing Page with Open Cart

I looking for information about incorporating a Landing Page for a OC 2.0.3.1 Website Site.
I seeing lot of Landing Pages but little information on a click through that goes to my OC store.
As an example, something like the Landing Page for Opencart is what I'm looking for.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Well, strictly technically, it takes something like this, but the Extension only works in OC v.1.5.6.x,
