Payment Help on OC 2.0.3.1

Hello
am using oc 2.0.3.1. I need one help when a customer failed on payment it shows order processing on admin backend so how to find payment successful orders.

Go to your admin - > systems - > reports - > sales to filter your order statuses reports.

Its not working. I mean if any one of the users going to order on payment gateway page but not paid. It shows in order so i confusing which one is paid and not so everytime i go to my payment gateway and check then processing so its too manual. Its fault or default.

Any order statuses that are not defined as a completed order status are, in theory, incomplete orders until being completed unless being declined by the payment provider while processing the order.
