If you moved files, have you checked they have the correct permissions?
Folders should have 755
Files should have 644

Most webservers nowadays already have automated and the highest setting for the files defined among folders when folders are being set with specific CHMOD permissions with recursive mode. Files with 0644 should no longer be an issue when affecting folders from the top tree of the specific origin in the tree.

Google is your best friend on how to use CHMOD settings. These are settings you should already know when hosting a store. Right-click on your FTP folder and you will see the setting (or on your host's file manager console when clicking on the permissions button on the nav bar).
