I know there are a tonne of similar queries on this but I can't seem find either a problem that's similar or a solution that works. Any help would be appreciated.
I set up a coupon for a fixed amount of discount off a minimum order total (e.g. $7 off orders of $40 or more). It worked fine for a while - like, it actually worked and had been used! But now it's not working. Any time it's used, and used correctly, a warning message appears stating that it's invalid.
So I tried to fix it. I changed the number of usages allowed etc.; I added product categories; I changed the dates to the start of this week up until the end of the month. Still nada. I deleted the previous one, replaced it with a new code. Nothing.
Any ideas?
