Adding options on the product page in Opencart 2.2.0.0

My client would like options in a check box or similar to be available when viewing a product in the grid view, the options would give buyers the option to choose either pre-order or receive notification when stock is available when a product is sold out, how can I choose these options?

I think not, I think the OP wants the option to pre-order from the list.

I suspect they will need to employ a developer from the Commercial Support forum.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the responses. What the client wants is when one goes onto the product page, on the right hand side of the product image, you normally get the wording availability and the product code, the client would like a check box there that if a product is sold out, they can select an option to either pre-order or get notified when stock is available, see more optons, etc, I am not sure that this can be done.
