Opencart Search - Enforce Whole Word Matching

I'm using opencart 2.3.0.2

On the search...

How can i enforce whole word matching only (disable partial word and related word matching) in the product search please?

Hope someone can help!

In catalog/model/catalog/product.php file, in the getProducts method replace:

Code: Select all

LIKE
with:

Code: Select all

=
and remove the percentages characters.
