VQMOD suddenly NOT WORKING

hi,
I have been installing Facebook Page plugin and suddenly VQMOD extensions are not working. I have checked folder permissions, clear vqcache and there are no new files in vqcache. When I tried to install vqmod again (vqmod/install) I get VQMOD ALREADY INSTALLED!
In index.php and admin/index.php there is vqmod listed

OC 2.2.0.0
vqmod 2.6.1

Could you help me?

Did you try to refresh your Modification cache?
Perhaps install the latest VQMod 2.6.3 it might help.

After upgrade VQMOD to 2.6.3 it is now working!
