hi
I have two payment methods on my client site, paymentsense which successfully manages in full all card payments and cash on collection.
As you would expect after the order is confirmed and one of the payment types selected a confirmation email is sent...
however i just noticed that when paymentsense is used it still issues an email which seems to show the full amount is still due in total field regardless of payment method see attached screen grab... this shows nothing about a payment

anyone explain why this occurs and how to fix please
