Sure there is ! Things like frame-size, margin & padding can usually be adjusted in the
corresponding stylesheet. But this depends on an OC-Version used, and on the Theme used.

Also using VQMod Manager Version:3.1.1
I tried to do changes using inspect element and showed me that the file is located in bootstrap.min.css from catalog/view/javascript/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css

by default product images size you can set in extension> theme> edit theme. Main CSS corresponding to all styles is stylsheet.css placed in catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet folder. Find .product-thumb class and edit it.
