Slideshow issues (After installing Slideshow Effect by Neto)

Hello,

I recently installed this slideshow extension however since installing it, I have lost one of my slideshows and I can not work out why. I have emailed Neto but communication is slow.

Current Situation:
Design > Banners > Home Page Slideshow this is enabled and still shows the images attached but is not showing.

Design > Banners > Manufacturers is enabled and is the one that is still working (from the picture above) This one used to sit below the one which is no longer working.


The only modifications I have installed are;

Category-Admin Filter by SDsoft
Error Log Manager by iSenselabs
Export/Import Tool (V3.11) for Opencart 2.x (mhcorp.com)
Extended Search (AlexDW)
Fix Admin Product Copy 2.3.0.2 (cyclops)

I'm not sure if its a bad extension or it has damaged the slideshow.TPL as when I open the default and theme they are the same text which is below;

Any help appreciated as I was using this to showcase events such as Christmas above the one that still works which was just for manufacturer logos.

Also to note I'm fairly new to Opencart and coding so idiot proof replies would be appreciated

Go the the menu > extension > module
And check if you have the module Slideshow installed

Under Menu > Extensions > Extensions > Module the Slideshow was not installed. I have now installed this.

I created a slideshow with the following details;
(Details taken from the slideshow that's no longer working Menu > Design > Banners > Home Page Slideshow)

Module Name - Home Page
Banner - Home Page Slideshow
Width - 400
Height - 400
Status - Enabled

However this failed to work. Do I need to Refresh the Extensions > Extensions > Modifications Cache?

So I refreshed it with all the above (as per your instructions prior to your edit) and it still has not appeared back.

Under Menu > Design > Banners > Home Page Slideshow the status is enabled.

Any ideas?

come on guys, someone must know where to check for or why this is happening

I have uninstalled the extension and I no longer want to use it however I do want it how it was prior to installing this defective extension by Neto.


When going to Design > Banners and adding a new one this also doesn't appear anywhere... Is there another way to config this? Do I have to do something else to get a new slideshow to work?

Managed to get it to work.... just by playing around with it for a few more hours...

Seems it was deleted from the layout when the extension was installed... simple really...
