Homepage banner quit working in Chrome.

I have been running OC 2.3.0.2, and the banners on the homepage quit working in Chrome. They load fine in IE and Firefox. Has anyone else had similar issues? If so, how did you fix it. I have not changed anything, they just stopped working all of a sudden.

Also, it opens fine on the first load after a reboot or after clearing the browser data. Also not working on mobile applications.
