Usually, by removing some JS-Links from the header.tpl file, and placing them in the footer.tpl,
but some Functions in your Shop will no longer work, as planned, if you place some of the JS-Link-lines
in the Footer, just to mention this. You will have to check on this, JS-Link by Link. Still, it will NOT add to
overall performance, if you just plan t follow Test Site 'recommendations' !
