error undefined - for File Extensions upload by customer

Hi
We have a product with the option for File Extensions upload.
If a customer uploads a file when ordering a product they get 'error undefined', and other customers get the spinning wheel (upload in progress) indefinitely,

I cant replicate the error and have even used the files the customer used in same browser.

the files are not big and correct file type.

can anyone help please?

You haven't included:

• What version of OpenCart?

• What theme?

• What extensions?

v2.0.2.0
a number of plugins

constant testing - works fine for us but not client or a customer of theirs. no erors in server log or cart logs. upload the customer in chrome as works perfectly

Have you asked the customer for a video of the problem happening? You might find you spot something really silly they're doing.
