SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Hello,
I have this issue on Opencart 2.3.0.2, after migranting from 1.5.6.4
Saw all sugestions here in the forum and tried most of them (if not all), with no success.

Does any of you guys solved this with success on Opencart 2.3.0.2?

Any suggestions would be excelent..
