Related products "swipe: { onTouch: true }"

Hello
I have enabled Related Products.

I would like to insert swipe when touch in smartphone or tablet, but if I enable this command product link does not work
: "swipe: { onTouch: true }"
At this time use NEXT e PREV button to change product, and onTouch: false

Exist a solution to scroll Related Product without pushing buttons?
