Hi,

I have freshly installed 2.3.0.2 opencart and created a shop. Everything is done, including testing.
Now before go live I need to delete the test orders created during the testing of the shop.

I need to keep my products/categories and delete all sales/orders/reports data.

Deleting them from sales->orders does not remove them from the reports tab. I can still see the customer/order history data in the chart present in dashboard.

I went through some older posts which suggested to truncate some of the sql tables. But none seem to be for 2.3.

Please help.

You should be able to clear all tables starting with oc_order except oc_order_status.

Take a backup of the database before you try it and then test thoroughly.

thanks for quick reply....
I did the same and all orders were gone.

To delete all the test customers... login reports... ip address tracking etc I emptied xx_customers_xx tables too. This cleared all the clutter on dashboard and made it look like fresh install.
