Hybrid category/product text

Dear Opencartusers,

Currently I'm working with multishop, we have 5 webshops.
To optimize the brandpages I'm looking for a solution to integrate the store_id in the categorydescription with a shortcode.
We have the same brands for different stores and all stores are targeted at different audiences, so they have different products with the same brand.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Example:
On this page you can find all the product of {brand} we have on {store_id}.
