how to set skrill payment?

Log into your Skrill account.
Click the My Account tab at the top.
Click the Merchant tools link along the left.
Enter your secret word in the two fields.
Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the page. then you have a secret code

This doesn't work anymore. There's no Merchant Account link or button on Skrill.

Skrill is no longer a payment option on opencart.com. There are other forum topics that discuss this if you're interested in finding those.
