Information usage help

In the Information area I have set up a new template. If I use the check box "bottom" it displays in my footer. If I don't check that box I can not see where that new page sits on my cart? Is it correct it will not display anywhere at all? If this is the case what will be the URL to link to it?

What I am trying to do is place a link in my footer called "useful Information" which I have done. What I want to do is setup a new Information template that does not appear in the footer but link to that from my useful Information page. In fact I hope to have up to 20 or more links to template from this page.

If you don't choose to show the information page in the footer, then you either need to (1) enable the Information module, which should show all information page links, or (2) manually insert the information link somewhere, like the header or within some HTML element on your page.
