Opencart update - google indexing

Hello everybody!
Im using now 1.5.6 version on my website, with seo module for clean urls. Im developing locally now my tottaly new site with the same products (i will use the same seo links) upgraded to 2.x opencart. What will be the changes when i migrate it to my official domain with the indexing in google when the urls are the same? Is it possible to appear some differences in google indexing?
