content width to be same as menu and breadcrumb

i need the content to be the same width as the menu and breadcrumb and what looks like to be the rest of the page. everything on the site seems to align left and right except for content. how can i make content same width.

any thoughts from anyone. clean install and the content section does not align with the rest of the page sections. i attached a picture to show this.
