Hello, I am using the default Checkout... on step five – Payment method – the button is not translated on my default language, the button is on english (CONTINUE), how to translate this button? Thanks in advance!!!
Where is located the file with value="Continue" to just change it?

All language strings can be changed in language files. "Continue" is a common string, so you can find it in main language file in catalog/language folder. All as usual here.

This is for OC 2.2+, but the OP has 2.1, so path is catalog/language/english/english.php
