subcategories question

Does anyone know what extention is used on this page
The subcategories are nicely clustered by name with a header
take a look at.

Please let me know what extention does that.

Yes, you don't need any extension for that, it's just a simple HTML/CSS edit. Quite easy to implement, if you know some basics.
