Product Page: Allow only one option checked when adding to cart,
if the user wishes to purchase same product with different options, has to re-add to cart.

Possible, crazy?

for Do that you need to SELECT option type where only one product option can be possible to select from the drop down

To select the product with other option than again need to select different option and re add-to cart as you wise to do

This posts is a waste of space, I simply had to change to dropdown. Sometimes it's show confusing just understanding the problem than solving it.
