How Do I edit SPECIALS In Opencart 2.3.0.2?

Many thanks to all who can help me-I am creating my first Opencart store now using v 2.3.0.2
My question concerns adding a "special" to an items-its pretty straight forward but my question is how do I edit the way the "special" is displayed?
In the attachment I have circled a "balloon" that says "-23%" I would like to edit this to a Balloon that says "SAVE 23%" then i would also like a better looking ballon of a different color
Is there a place to edit this in Opencart Admin OR is there a MOD available that allows edits like this on the site? ( it would really be a cool Mod if there is)
Please help me solve this- its a difficult question to even phrase for Google Search for help

That is most certainly a custom theme addition as default OC does not display an image overlay

Check in your theme control panel (if you have one)

Otherwise a quick message to the developer of the theme should provide fruitful.
