Customers cannot receive password reset request email. Even screen shows "An email with a confirmation link has been sent your email address." We run OC 2.3.0.2.
And admin CAN receive password reset request email no problem. Contact form also works.
there has been a bug in some OC-Versions, and it may still exist in OC 2.3 as well:
