Add-up seperate product discounts to 1 total discount?

Hi,
A client of us wants his discount setup NOT by product but calculated as a total.
Example:
Product A:
Discount: 5 products = 10% discount.
Product B:
Discount 5 products = 10% discount.
When a client orders 3x product A and 4x product B then the clients must get a discount of 10%, because total amount is 7.
In the current OC setup this is not possible.
How to achieve? I couldn't find any solution of mod.
