disk quota exceeded error

i am seeing the error "warning(........\system\cache\file.php): disk quota exceeded"

it happened a day before, and was not letting me to login to admin backend, i put the credentials but it still showed login screen of opencart admin panel whereas URL in browser was successfully redireected to dashboard. It somehow worked itself then, but now it is showing same error in filezilla as well while i try to upload any file

Response: 553 Can't open that file: Disk quota exceeded
Error: Critical file transfer error

Any help would be appreciated.

It's just a wild guess, but perhaps your disk quota has been exceeded?
