There are a few free extensions that can remove / Hide the wishlist form your store

For your needs with hiding the wishlist from a guest user i would possibly suggest adding a If and Else statement to one of the free extensions. So for example
If user is logged in - show wishlist
else - dont show wishlist.

You may want to contact some of the developers of some of the extensions listed in that search. They may be able to help you with getting something working from their existing extension.
