OpenCart Shipping - pickup

Hello, I have a problem with pickup shipping option prices. I set up my locations and I enter the fee. But everytime I go to checkout I see that the price for pickup shipping option is always 0. How could I make this selection paid, instead of 0? http://prntscr.com/f0jcy2
