I am having issues with my site when I add new products or some of them already listed when I go to put them in the right category the category doesn't show up therefore the product does not show up in the category... This has been giving me a lot of greffe and I have read and read and watch video after video and I cannot find the solution for this.

Save your image to your pc then underneath the text box (where you are typing a question or reply) under the Save Draft, Preview and Submit buttons you will see an Attachment tab, click on the big blue Add Files bar and choose your image
