Transfer my site to a new theme

Hi,

I've bought a new template recently, which is based on 2.3.0.2. But my previous template was based on 2.2.0.0. Now how can I change the design with all the data? Please help.

1)first.you need to upgrade to 2.3.0.2

2)second,install the new theme,every theme there is a install doc,read it and do what it says

or ask your theme seller ,he will give you the after-service you need.
