Remove billing step from checkout

I would like to remove the billing step from the checkout process. I sell only digital products and I dont' need that information. I have spent the last 24 hours looking for a way to do this I am running oc 2.2.0 on joocart, because it is joocart some purchased extensions don't work so I am left with no alternative but to hack the code. can some-one please tell me how to do this.I have managed to remove unwanted fields from the registration form but I am really struggling to work out how to get that step off the registration. I have bought 2 extensions but they both crash my site.

Your best bet might be to seek support from the extension developers.
