Not exactly. Order with zero status ALWAYS created on the last step of checkout, when you pass payment selection section. It's not necessary and error, it's just an order, which doesn't have any status yet. If you get back to previous steps of checkout and then return to the last step again, a new order with zero status will be created and so on. (1) I have not received any email notifications for Missing Orders. Is it the default behavior when a missing order generated?
(2) Can some regular completed orders assigned as Missing ORders?

I have Only received payment confirmation by the payment gateway (ccavenue) but not receive any email notifications, so this is a big problem :How a complete order end up with as MISSING ORDER??
In this way, if i dont receive payment notification from the payment gateway , i never know that i have received a confirm order which end up as Missing Order??
Please guide how to resolve this issue bcoz if complete orders going as Missin orders its a big problem.

You can't resolve this, such things happen sometimes. Maybe payment notification didn't reach you, maybe something temporarily issue happened in the process etc. If this happens rarely, just ignore it and manually change the order status.vssoft wrote:Today I have received an order which goes to Missing Orders but i have received the payment for that order.

Got an order email from OC
Got a payment notification from Authorize.net
...but the order is showing up as missing, and usually the Authorize.net CC info is the first note on the order, but there is nothing.
I have had successful orders after this order too.
Honestly a bit scared after reading this post that this is a regular thing. Looks like I'll have to work with the Authorize.net API's and write some code to baby sit which seems very odd https://developer.authorize.net/api/ref ... -reporting
