Can't "VIEW" Order

Working on My new site. First time Opencart user. Working on a mirror site so i can completely switch over from Wordpress to Opencart.

Opencart 2.3.0.2

Just processed a test order, eveything seems to work great. Went to view the order and i get an error where i can not view the order. I can print invoice and print packing slip just not view.

SALES >> ORDERS = Order List. I click on the "VIEW" button of my order and i get the following:

Error 500 is usually database related. Set Display Errors to Yes or uncomment display_errors option in php.ini and try again. You should see an actual error this time.
