Customer Address Book returning 500 server error

When a customer goes to 'address book' in 'my account' I am getting a http 500 server error. URL appears to be correct and database is all ok but I have no idea where the problem is. Nothing shows in error logs. Can someone please help on this?

Extact same problem.
